- Primero. DESATAR el conflicto de competencia presentado entre el Juzgado Treinta y Siete Penal del Circuito de Bogotá y el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Ubaté, Cundinamarca.
- Segundo. Como consecuencia de lo anterior, REMITIR el expediente contentivo de la acción de tutela instaurada por Lucila Sierra González, en representación de su menor hija, Ana Milena López Sierra contra la ARS CAFAM y la Secretaría de Salud de Cundinamarca, al Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Ubaté, para que sin más demoras, tramite y profiera decisión de fondo respecto del amparo solicitado.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR al Juzgado Treinta y siete Penal del Circuito de Bogotá, la decisión adoptada en esta providencia, con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aquí resuelto por la Corte Constitucional.
